This exercise I’m about to present is an advance exercise ONLY for individuals who have hit the pushup wall. Don’t attempt this movement otherwise.

Suspended Spiderman Pushup: perform 3 sets, 10 to 12 reps slow and under control.

Exercise Movement: Start in the up position with shoulders directly over hands, abs activated as you lower your body down toward the floor turn your left leg out while bringing your leg up toward your chest; return to the up position then lower and repeat with right leg…. make sure to keep abs & glutes tight of the supporting leg as you perform this exercise movement.
